It is a problem - and people have lost teammatches because of it - it's annoying to have to jiggle to get the next ready game. Must talk to chess.com about it.

Once game is finished, when next ready game is asked for, it will say "NO game ready", but if one goes to "Play" and click on "Online Chess" it will sometimes show a ready game. But often one has to repeat that over and over to get a ready game, indicated.
