Chess.com ive been reaching out via email and your Support system and I still got no answer… I WANT MY REFUND FOR THE DIAMOND PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP, I DID NOT MEAN TO BUY IT!!!

You have to contact support directly through the option in the menu.

I did but it says that theyve been working on it for over a week now and I get 0 answers anywhere...

I bought my first diamond membership 2 years ago, It automatically renewed and I immediatly reached out to chess.com to tell them this was not on porpuse, so yeah I want my refund

Oh yes, youre right. I didnt get a notification anywhere so I didnt notice. They took a damn long time that they even gave me free diamond for 30 days haha. Thanks for the support tho guys, also thanks to the chess.com support.
