Refund and Downgrade from Diamond to Gold

I was automatically billed for another year of Diamond membership but I want to downgrade to Gold and get refunded for the difference. I have emailed the support crew in anticipation of a positive responce.

I don't want to pay the Diamond Membership anymore too, I wrote to chess com support three days ago and no answer yet.

Guys it's easy to close your premium membership.  Just run your cursor up to HOME and click on Account where you should see something like this:

You have a Diamond Membership, scheduled to renew on December 30, 2015. Thank you for supporting Chess.com! To cancel your Premium Membership, click here.

Now if you want to downgrade, then just click on Membership instead and choose your plan.  Some folks go back and forth because they know they'll be too busy to use their diamond.  The autobot accountant will take care of it for you.  Refunds of course have to go through billing so you need to file a ticket for those.  Hope that helps...

A chess consultant made contact and credited me for the difference. Kudo's to chess.com as you always wonder if someone is really listening on the otherside especially if there is no telephonic communication.
