I can't remove my credit card info from chess.com.
When I go there https://www.chess.com/settings/payment, the page is blank.
When I go there https://assistance.chess.com/article/842-contact the "contact button" doesn't work.
I tried with FIREFOX, CHROME and EDGE.
Can you remove my credit card info from your database please?

PS: I know it's the same issue here https://www.chess.com/forum/view/help-support/why-dont-we-have-option-to-delete-our-credit-card-info-from-the-account but I can't reach out the support team to get it done. I don't know the mail.
