martin no offense but pls stop saying contact support, the support is useless, the ai understand nothing, and the staff take weeks to reply. maybe u could pass these issues on?

The site had 23,000+ conversations last month, which I believe are tickets, so members are getting connected successfully with support staff. The site is aware that there are some pain points with the bot and have been working on improvements.
Even in your topic, the member is working with a support agent.

Use the support tool and ask your question with very specific details about what you're trying to accomplish. If the process doesn't say support will contact you, try something like contact an agent
