When using the iphone chess app.  When making a new game and playing someone online the chess board is cut off in the app.  The h file does not show up.  This is the first time this has happened to me.  If I play vs a computer it does not happen.  I had to go on my computer to play the game.  In the app it still isn't all fitting on the screen correctly.  I was playing the 30 minute game.

I lost 11 rating points due to this. Please fix this and do something about the rating points.

My son is trying to solve puzzles on PC (Opera, Windows 7) but he can't move his pieces due to glitch or something. I've tried all tips. I cleared cache, I tried different browsers. That's pathetic. I want an explanation and solution or a refund.

I have twice now been assigned a loss due to resigningiabandonment which I did not do. Both times there was some kind of glitch which showed me that I was waiting for the other player to make a move.

My connection was good as I had no connection issues with any other sites and have not experienced any connection issues at any other time on my end.

Connection issues may be caused by problems on your end but not an actual network disconnect. It's your connection to the live server process.  Assuming there weren't site-wide issues, you might check out some the information in the following.

yeah this "en croissant" glitch thing hasn't been patched

Hi, Just since yesterday, when I play on my iPhone 12, I can't see the King's Rook file - i.e. h1 to h8. I played a few games where I just couldn't move those 2 pieces (the rook and the pawn) and I had a few games where I had to abandon the game. I reset the iPhone and re-installed the app with no luck.

Hi,

For last few hours I cannot load my games in Daily Games. I can see all my games in current view but when I press to open latest position it doesn`t load so I cannot proceed with my games. Everything else seems to work fine ( live chess, vs. computer, puzzles, games explorer).

I think they should lock this thread. Posting in old threads is not the same as making a bug report. 

Plus, many problems get mixed with each other. 

And before you start another new thread, you might take a minute to search the forum to see if anyone else has the same problem.

There were no captures in that video.  Moving one of your own pieces on top of another of your own is not a precapture. It seemed like there was a lot of square highlighting and not much else.

Plus, you were playing a bot.  There's no time control, so there's no point in making pre-moves.

It looks like he is playing puzzles again. Did you figure out the problem?

Notmtwain, I meant pre capture as in pre moving on to another piece, as pre moving on to empty square does not produce same effect. The same applies to bullet games. The limit for Premoves is supposed to be one though
