no no, i mean after i play chess960, opening name bugged when i play normal chess game, but now its fixed so, yeah okay

My game keeps freezing and i lose to abandonment, can I do anything to get my elo back?

Connection issues don't generally receive point refunds unless it's a site wide problem.

i was playing a 3+2 game and the game abandoned while i had 1:18 left i was still thinking of my move due to inactivity.

There's a long move timer from moves 2-10 where you can't take more than half the base time control on a move.

This has been pissing me off but everytime I play a game my timer freezes along with my opponents timer as a result when I leave the game it says I lost please fix this bug

That achievement is for 10,000 correct puzzles
I encountered a bug where a pawn was able to capture an enemy pawn that was on an adjacent square in the same rank (., directly to its left or right), rather than the expected diagonal forward capture. Pawns should only be able to capture pieces that are one square diagonally in front of them.

That's not a bug. Look at the game again. There is a little link to explain what is called an en passant capture

Sometimes when a player is losing on time, somehow can manage to reverse the countdown! And his/her time remaining starts going up!
I have experienced this with several opponents!
Can something be done to prevent this cheating?

There's a bug i discovered when i play game, usually there will be an opening name after we play/move any piece, but after i play chess960, suddenly it turn into "starting position", and doesnt change after i move my piece. i cant see what opening i played anymore..

Chess 960 doesn't have opening names. The whole point of it is there's really opening theory
