thanks for that ticket thing, i don't know how to do, but if you add the analyses links in the first post to tickets, i d be happy

to the person who says "don't waste your time":

i m doing this to suggest that some "moderator"s moderation rights should be taken away, to make chess.com better community

If you want to file a complaint, you can do it the same way members file suspicions of cheating.

Posting a rant of complaints in the Forum isn't going to do anything to get to the bottom of it.

CyberSensei is one of the best mods on chess.com. So, I would follow what he says. :) I will post the video here though after I report it to a staff member, Haggard.

Haggard-CC

i posted a e-mail to support already before posting here

i just want people to know, do their part if they agree with me, so it won't be just 1 complaint from 1 person

i m sure a lot of mails like that sent to chess.com support today

I was watching all of the chat in the TT games, and it was truly toxic. There's a reason we ask that cheating accusations be made to us in private rather than in public. We'd like our community to be a positive one, and these accusations do nothing to encourage that sort of discourse.

If you feel that one of your opponents, a titled player, a friend, etc. has been cheating on Chess.com, report them to us. We investigate every report. If you feel that's not enough and need to make public accusations, just understand that that sort of behavior is prohibited by our terms of service for Live Chess and could get you timed out, muted, or banned.

As far as "preferential treatment" towards titled players goes, I can't speak to that as I wasn't moderating at the time. Just know that your concerns in regards to that have been heard, and I am passing them along to relevant parties.

Otherwise just remember the #1 rule of Live Chess: Be nice, Have Fun!

Well said, and thank you!

I am really getting sick of aborting one or two games then being forced to play for an absorbetent amount of time or number of games, I am also unhappy with how the moderators are censoring chat and warning about every little thing.  Don't say anything about Donald Trump or American politics that is for sure!

Internet website rules, and rules regarding "rights" differ greatly.

Please help me understand from which side of the world does this comment "Hey Moonie, who do you think won this tourney? I think it was LyonBeast!" appear as me calling someone a cheater or even alleging so.

well 2 superGMs accusations, dosens of strong players' agreement, and lichess's accuracy/mistake/blunder analysis show you the fact!!

Haggard-CC,

I feel for you. This was too harsh. A simple warning, if anything, would have sufficed.

They probably kicked everyone who was not a titled player--they don't want them to leave the site!

What I don't understand is the need to call someone a cheater. You can always report it in a ticket later on.

Here's the video. https://goo.gl/2OqnqK And, yes I've sent the same on a ticket and to shaun as well. Google Drive is taking time to process it. So, you'll have to download it first.
