Sup guys, Im posting this question with hopes of some site veteran having an easy answer for me.
Im in the middle of a game against a player with a significant lower rating then mine and due to a stupid move early in the game on my part its inevitable ill now lose the game.
no worries..but i am curious to know if i resign the game before the inevitable mate will the penalty be less severe towards my rating, or is it the same??
