Since you sent your second reply in the same ticket as the original it made it appear in the system as if it was a new ticket and therefore it was not at the top of the list. We always try to take care of the most oustanding tickets as fast as possible.

I have created 2 ticket for the same problem in 2 different category, as I am not sure which catagory is proper. At the time of creation it was told this ticket will be reviewed by chess.com support team with in 24 hrs.
But the 1st ticket is pending for 48hrs and 2nd one is 24hrs. no one replied me. I like to know what is the avarage reponse time of the ticket. My Ticket nos are 175555 and 175683
