Which Browser are you using, That can effect time to load or do things and it could be that when you don't do anything for a while you may have to reload the page

My screen freezes quite often. for example, in the last incident I tried to resign and couldn to it (there was a little red x on the resignt button). So I continued untill I got a chess-mate. Then I couldn't start a new game and had to go out of the site and start again.
