Scroll bar

Sometimes, I can't find the scroll bar when I am on chess.com. This is very annoying for me, as there is no way to get down. Does anyone else have this same problem?

I have mine, no problem here yet.  Does your mouse have a wheel on it to scrool down?

I have the same problem sometimes, seems to be disappearing when I disable meebo chat...

   It happens to me too, occasionally.  I just refresh the page and go on.  I don't know what else you can do.

I lose the scroll bar when there is a large ad at the top of the page.  I just hit refresh and another small ad usually pops up.

Scroll bar is missing in vote chess votes graphics area. So I can see number of votes votes so far.

can you try resizing the window and see if this helps please

1. If you're using a windows computer with a normal keyboard, you can use the F11 key on the top row. This removes the outer frame of the window, giving you more space. Press the F11 key to return it back to how it was

or

2. If you're using a mouse with a roller wheel in the centre, hold down the ctrl key and roll the mouse wheel back very slowly. To undo this, use the ctrl key and roll the wheel forward.

3. You can also try using the keyboard keys ctrl and + to enlarge, and ctrl -  to decrease the size.

I've just started to get this, not all the time but sometimes, started roughly a month ago

I have the same problem, no scrollbar and the mouse scroll wheel won't work either, even though I had other tabs open on other sites with scrollbars and scroll wheel working. Then as I was clicking around the page trying to scroll down with the wheel, I accidentally clicked on the submit box, and the scroll bar came up. Probably a coincidence, but the missing scroll bar is a definite hassle. It seeemed to be happening on some pages and not others, this page, game page, puzzle page, but not on the home page.

ive just started having this problem aswell...Thought it was my connection.

I have to highlight parts of the page with my mouse to go up and down or re-open new page. the mouse scroll doesnt work and neither does pgup and pgdn.

If any of you are seeing an ad that appears to pop out of its location, then the scroll is disabled, please message me with what the ad is advertising and on which page you see it when the scroll disables please.

Scroll bar disapeared same time as Glion Online opened in new window, and that pink free curser ad popped up

 I used to have that problem, but now that I got a faster internet connection, all is fine. I suggest you do the same.

That F1 advert seems to mess things up everytime. Plus a few others.

F11 does go full screen, but still no scroll bar.

Also PgUp PgDn key suggestion doesn't work as they only work with scroll bar.

edit: if it's the adverts then also the Free Cursor advert and the New Face advert appear out of place. But I also had the o2 adverts which seemed to be in the correct position and still no scroll bar. Oh well - not the end of the world.

 I've had problems with the free cursors ad as well.
