Resolved: Sent e mail to Chess.com but my e-mail has been blocked!

Hello Chess.com Help and Support.

I sent you an e mail about an hour ago but now have a serious problem.

My e mail as listed has been hijacked and consequently blocked !

I will not be able to access your answer. Can you send reply to my Chess.com messages please?

I am also gonna have to change my Chess.com password so it will be different from the one i sent you.

I'm not staff, but, you don't need to send them your password.

I've asked the member of staff who replied to your ticket to contact you.

Try with a hammer.

Point your cursor to the top right corner where it says HOME.

A drop down box appears.

Top row on the left it says Email.

Click on that and your email inbox will open.

If you're still having problems, please let me know.
