Serious Move Synchronization Bug Causing Unfair Losses

Hello,

I would like to report a recurring issue I have been experiencing while playing on Chess.com. On several occasions, I clearly made a legal move (for example, pushing my pawn from f3 to f4). On my screen, the move was completed, but the server did not seem to register it. As a result, the system treated my pawn as if it were still on f3, and my opponent’s pawn on e4 was allowed to capture it with exf3 — even though the square was already empty.

This is a very serious bug because it directly changes the course of the game. I have lost multiple games due to this error, despite having made the correct move.

Could you please investigate this synchronization issue? I can provide screenshots and game links as evidence. This problem makes the game unfair and frustrating.

Thank you for your support.

Yes, your opponent can still take your pawn if you move two squares forward. It's a rule.
