Having the same issue. In fact, I learned about it very recently and got the error the first time I tried. So I thought it was a premium feature or something.

Same here, been a premium member since last nov every time I've tried checking it (prob once a month) I get it. Have never been able to access this and there seems to be no replies from support about the issue..

tried clearing cache and refreshing still doesn’t work, anyone know how to fix?

I have had this error for several days now and I can't access this section of my account.
