Setting up different scenarios during game

Hello, I'd like to know how to set up different moves during the game as possible scenarios like streamers do on their channels. They show some possible variations but they register as final moves.

I’m pretty sure it’s just dragging the house over each square while holding middle click
Or just clicking the piece or square with middle click
I could be wrong tho, cuz I’m on mobile app, and can’t use that feature
