chessdotcom don't give a fig about disconnect issues. not their bag.
As posted in your last topic on this, https://www.chess.com/forum/view/help-support/what-the-hell-is-this-chess-com?page=2, your opponents don't have any details on your connection so they can't cause you to disconnect. The only traffic from your opponent that gets forwarded to your client is the chat; the Live server sends any chat, the move, draw offers and the updated clock information to your client and nothing else.
If you are getting disconnects, it is from some other cause, not your opponent. Please do not post links accusing your opponents of cheating. If you truly feel someone did, report with a ticket..

Now i am very sick of this.....this is the third time i am reporting that cheaters are disconnecting opponents to win check this game out right at the moment when he recognises he is in a [removed -- VP] upposition he disconnects but eventually i was able to connect back.see this chess.com please.
