Hi, I am experience serious slowness with desktop version of chess.com. The slowness with opening the home page, navigation. When I have just clicked to create a new topic, i was waiting for a half of a minute (absolutely unacceptable time). After that I got an empty page (without any errors). Then I refreshed the page in the browser and immediately got the response. Playing in chess, as well as mobile version is ok. My internet connection is good with ping of 95ms. There were everything perfect for years. The problems were probably during the last month or so.
I am wondering if this is only my issue, or such problems have other users?
I notice issues on shared connections sometimes but I'm not aware of any general slowness issues. There could be issues between you and the site though.
