I've got a problem with sound also 
I'm using Google Chrome.

tested it in Opera, no sounds in live chess.
what's weird is that sound works fine in daily chess

Tried tactics to see if it was something on chess.com or something on my side. Sounds work fine in Tactics. No sound at all in live chess.
Same here. Sounds not working in live chess on Chrome. Working on iPhone 4s

Same, no sound for moves in Live Chess using Chrome. Does make sounds when re-playing a game, or videos, etc..
same problem no sound for the moves , my rating has plumited because i set for 3 minutes waiting for the sound and dont realize the guy moved ages ago
No sound in live chess for me either. Using Google Chrome.
No sound in live chess for me either. Using Windows 10 & Edge to access the internet.

Well I had no sound earlier. I asked my opponent who said he had sound. Since then, I had sound in a game, so I assumed it had been resolved, but now it's gone again. Typing this is also massively laggy, but that's presumably a different issue.
I tried Firefox and there was sound yesterday but today thats gone too. Still sound on analyze though.
im using firefox and have no sound for the last couple of days. anybody got the response or solution to this?

There is no sound in the Live Chess either! But I know how to enable it! To enable the sound, you have to write in the Live Chess chat the following words without quotation marks: "/sound". After that the chat reply that the sound is disable so you have to write a second time "/help" and the sound will be enable!
That being said, There is just one more problem: when you leave the Live Chess, the settings sound will not be save! So each time you leave and come back to Live Chess, for the sound you should start writing "/sound" twice.
Chess.com please fix it as soon as possible!
