Sounds are not working!

could you help me with this, i can't hear the playsounds at this site.every other site plays the sounds.computer plays the sounds normaly. sound-settings at chess.com are ok ( their are not enabled). i have windows version 8 and internet explorer version 10. why doesn't chess.com play the sounds? thank you for your answear!

I had the same problem many of you are describing. I was using firefox, but when using chrome everything works fine. So you can try changing browsers and see if this makes a difference. Maybe there is a setting in firefox to enable the sounds.

Strange that the sounds in online are working but not in live, I have sent some tickets but since 2 weeks no solution. Changing a safe browser to an unsafe is no solution at all!
