stalemate

I cannot move my King or any of my other pieces and I am not in check.  Why isn't game over as automatic stalemate?  I have offered draw to my opponent?  What happens if he does not accept offer?

If you're referring to your game with rheinhardtr, you have a legal move.

i am not sure if this qualifies as advice on an ongoing game, but you do have a legal move.  (assuming you are talking about the game against rheinhardtr).  i doubt that they will accept a draw in that position. 

If you can't find the move, resign...

But if ou still want to play on, just take your pieces and start to try random moves untill the computer accept one.
