Stats not showing, please help

i can see my rapid stats but i cant see my blitz or bullet stats even tho i recently i have been playing blitz and bullet more

Now it makes sense. I’m experiencing the opposite... I can’t see my Rapid stats, but I can see the other time controls just fine. In my case, I’ve only played Rapid lately, so it seems like the issue may be with the time control you’ve played most recently. You might also have trouble seeing your Rapid stats if you play Rapid now.

same with me, the stats are being calculated, it never stops laoding though

Same here...can't get any Rapid or Daily stats

For me most stats load except for blitz stats where it just keeps spinning. I really wanted to know if I reached top 5k in blitz 😂

Unable to see my puzzle stats neither on my Mac nor on my android devices. What's going on ? I have the latest version of the app ( 4.6.38 )

I’m also missing my puzzle stats. It feels impossible that chess.com SREs don’t know about this by now. It’s been 3 days

Same problem here, just says "collecting data" indefinetly. They must be having server issues

I just heard back from Support after I sent in a bug report. They are working to fix the problem and hope to have it fixed soon.
