OK, helpful comments. I do know how to use and and now see what it is for. But one additional question: where is it visible? I.e. on what screens does it appear?

OK, I just checked your home page and didn't see anything that looked like the 'status' field. Do you have something entered there? Can you point me to someone's homepage that has the status field used so I can see it?
