The site doesn't modify Stockfish code as far as I'm aware so doesn't have anything that needs exposed as far as I'm aware.

Pretty sure that is not correct for any GPL software. The site only uses the output of the engine.
It the site made changes to the engine code, those changes would need to be made available.
