I've got the same thing going on in a team match that I didn't think to untrack before I withdrew (before the match started).  Now there's no "untrack" option available to me.  There are more than 200 players on each team, so it looks like I'll keep getting new comment alerts from that one for a while.

did anyone found a solution to check what was the last comment, which we have alerted but forgot?

the issue was resolved for me.  i don't know how.  i just assumed that Chess.com resolved it from their end.

I would suggest the ignore feature. It should be available to even basic members of Life.
