It's not a bug. It is a legitimate move called "En Passant". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/En_passant

Check the print screen for the bug. In move 21 (I played black), I moved my pawn to a5 as indicated by the moves list. Then my opponent captured a nonexistent pawn on a6.
Just thought I'd submit this odd bug. Luckily I won anyway. :)
