Stuck at Level 6 in Legend Puzzle Path

Hi,
I've been enjoying the Puzzle Path feature in the chess.com Android app and recently reached the "Legend" tier. However, I noticed that after reaching level 6 within the "Legend" section, the points I earn from solving puzzles no longer make me progress along the path. It seems I'm stuck, and I'm unsure if this is a bug or if there's something I'm missing.
Could someone clarify this or provide assistance?

The points should still be accumulating and it's just a bug in the bar filling up. It will eventually jump to the end and you'll move to the next step

As a matter of fact, after two days of being stuck, the bar started to fill up again today, and I was able to advance to the next step.

Same thing happens to me.

Still not sorted.

The bar may look like it's stuck but you're still getting points and will move to the next step when you have enough.

I'm sadly experiencing a new issue with the Puzzle Path.
The path went crazy during the last few puzzle I've solved, jumping between levels (wood to stone to bronze, etc with each puzzle solved) and now my path got reset to wood level 1 and my pawn returned to wood too, although I've already successfully completed the entire path once.
Can anyone help?

How are you accessing the feature? You may have prestiged again. I know what you described can happen if you get points added to your total by staff; did you open a ticket with about a problem with your points previously?

My points seem to be right, but I'm currently stuck at wood level 1, wood pawn.
When the problem started I was ending the last wood level for the second time (I had a stone pawn). Then I jumped through levels with only 4 or 5 puzzles solved and then I was back at wood level 1.
I opened the thread you're reading and a ticket regarding the same issue.
I only use the chess.com app on Android phone.

The same problem happened to me right now. Everything is normal in the web beta version, but the bar is stuck in the android version.

The problem has been fixed by itself. Unfortunately, we are playing a level for nothing. I solved the puzzle on mobile by checking it with the web version.When I reached the limit of the bar on the web version, I continued on mobile but the level did not increase but returned to normal and the bar is now full.

The problem has not been fixed. I am not being credited for several levels that I had passed earlier. My pawn no longer shows the upgrade that comes with being 'prestiged'.

Staff are aware of the issue and it should only be impacting members that have prestiged at least once

Any idea if they are working on fixing it? Not only have I been reset to the beginning, I can not advance. I am accruing points, but the advancement bar isn't moving.

I'm in the same situation right now. It's very annoying.

This has been fixed now for those impacted.

It's possible that it may drop you back to Wood 1 but should quickly get you to the correct place with a few correctly solved puzzles (depending on how many puzzles were completed while the bug was happening)
