Can someone please look into my game with Eric33182? It's a 14 day per move game and he hasn't move for about 15 or 16 days. The timer went down to zero and then back up to 5 minutes and it's been stuck there. It doesn't look like its paused - there is still a clock icon next to the 5 minute timer so I'm guessing he's not on vacation mode.

My guess is you unchecked the "win on time" box.  Change the setting and I bet you win.

I have the same issue. Playing on mobile app. Daily chess Game vs StrikingWings got stuck on 5min at approximately the same time as danruts!
