subscription not working

I paid for a subscription thru the App Store but it’s not recognized on the chess .com app. How can I fix this?

The purchase gets applied to the account associated to the app store, so if that doesn't match it may not have applied correctly. It could also be a delay in applying.

If you don't see it soon, you should open a ticket with support.
