Subscription Service not working?

I paid for a diamond subscription a few days ago and have yet to receive access or an email about access, is there any more direct way to contact them? Or any way to revoke the $ charge?

It would be immediately applied if it was successful. Based on your post in a different topic, you're on the app, correct?

If that's correct, purchasing on the app applies to the email associated with the app store. If that doesn't match the email associated with your account here, it wouldn't apply to this account.

You mentioned you contact Support in that other topic as well. The support tool should behave provided an estimate on when you should be contacted.

My email is correct, the estimated support time ended a week ago, and now whenever I click on the “get premium” button, it resets the app twice in a row then brings up the prompt to buy premium.
