Suggestion for '' pointing of team matches must change''

I writing for Staffs of Chess.com

now, for team matches we can get point, if only win.. but when the team loose the game, no point loose..

so we have to change the system.. also we have to think draw position..

i am waiting answer..

lamentablemente, han degradado mucho este hemoso juego- con nuestro team salimos campeones 2010 y 2011, ya casi no voy a chessmaniac, porque estan haciendo fraude,y el administrador hace caso omiso, a los reclamos-

I agree with BARBOROSA. Some teams get points playing as much as large number of games even if they have really bad performance. Loose, win and draw should be individually evaluated and scored. I understand to encourage players to play more often. However, it should be a difference among those results. Besides that, I would consider to develop a similar method for grading such as already applied for individual players. For each match, a formula can be applied to calculate actual starting power of both teams at the beginning moment and new rating can be calculated regarding this relative-actual team power. Also, the other case, when a team with lower power starts to play against higher power  is similar. That means, if unequal power of the parties is exist at the beginning of the match/game, results should be calculated regarding this beginning situation too. My last suggestion is for vacation. Whenever team members use the vacation (as I seei it is ordinary rule for the platform to make difference between different class of members), the vacation should make difference as impact on the results too. The fourth approach can be about the used time. Some players have lower time-usage than others. Total time of the team used during the team matches, can be used to differentiate the points won after the games.  But, in my opinion, first issue ise more crucial to define a method for win/draw and loose cases.  Thanks all of the staff and admins who keep alive and develop this platform. 

por favor,alguien me guie como usar esta pagina,vengo de chessmaniac, los equipos son de 100 jugadoresy tenemos a mano el chat  donde charlamos,nos divertimos, y cuando entra un nuevo jugador, lo guiamos, a traves de mensajes privados---como hago para jugar por el equipo ??  desde ya muchas gracias---HELP

no entiendo, como si hay equipos que tienen 3 o 4 mil jugadores,cotra otros que solo son 500 jugadores ??????  en chessmaniac. hay ligas formadas en las cuales se juegan , con teams con un tope maximo de 100 jugadores y es una hermosa  competencia.
