Summer Sale Doesn't Show for Current Premium Members

I see the half off summer sale when not logged in for 60/r. When I login and go to pay, it goes to 120/yr. It's sketchy to have it show one price then it switches to the normal price after I login right before I'm about to pay.
I'm on platinum and trying to pay for diamond, so it doesn't work for upgrading. I messaged support through the ai bot a couple of days ago, but I'm not sure if it went through.
It's really annoying to have the bait and switch tactic which I'm sure is just an oversight, but also that premium members don't get half off. And the lack of support. It's been radio silence.


<update> My membership expired today. I was able to get 50% off. Support also got back to me, and said they could add 50% off my next billing period after I paid. It's weird it's not 50% off for all.

Did the Support tool say you would be contacted?

It said it'd pass the msg along to a human and it'd take 1-4 days which is pretty crazy for premium members.

I have the same problem. My monthly subscription will expire in two days. I’ll see if the discount is applied correctly after that. However, it’s not written anywhere that it’s only for new members...

I'm pretty sure it will not discount renewals.

Oh. What happens when your membership is over, and the you wait a few days, will you still be able to renew the membership?

My monthly subscription ended today, and afterwards I was able to purchase an annual Diamond membership with a 50% discount without any problems ;) So it really is only for “new” subscribers.

Same for me two days ago. Support also got back to me and said they could add 50% off next billing period after I paid, but I lucked out that my membership expired during the summer sale.

Just relply by the Support

The offer does not apply to Student discounts memberships, old membership plans or Gift Memberships.
