I made some mistake and paid membership twice. I need to cancel one of the membership and contacted support. The support window says "Support will contact you within next 24 hours". but it's been more than three days now and there's no way to contact the billing again. The second subscription started on July 27th so I am within 30 day window of full refund.
I am stuck with TWO full year diamond subscriptions right now. I would like to be able to cancel one of them and enjoy the other legitimate one. Please advise how I could get a refund by getting to talk with real human on the chess.com side.
It can take 1-3 days to get a response depending on staff ticket loads.
