Very slow to getting responses as well. They might need to hire more people now that they have millions of subscribers

That is not a normal response time. Have you checked your spam/junk folders on email?

I purchased Diamond status but it doesn’t give me access to any of it and keeps telling me to purchase it again.
I can’t get ahold of anyone to assist either.
I’m going to cancel my membership.

This account doesn't have a premium membership. If you purchased through one of the apps it applies to the email associated with the app store.
