To report it you would need to provide the tactic number. However, my guess is that you jus were experiencing a display issue a pawn or piece was missing.
If you are on Android you might try clearing your app cache.

I love this app, and I try to keep up with the puzzles and tactics daily. That said, I was just given a tactics scenario in which the black king was in check the entire time. Using the hint function, the king was never to be moved either. It was a bit odd, and I wanted to report it.
