Could be a bug, but whenever things start to get weird I clear my browser cache and usually the weirdness goes away. If that doesn't work then you need to report it:

Tactics Trainer Not Coming Up?

What operating system, browser and browser version are you using? Also, are you using the beta 3D boards?
I am using Google chrome, Windows, and idk what version but it hasn't happened before with same browser an everything and it's doing same thing on Kindle

That is very odd :( Do you, perchance, have popups turned off?
no, my email sign-in is a popup and i use it all the time
like i said, it also happens on my Kindle
When you start tactics trainer, do you see a white box like this - http://grab.by/sjK8 before the puzzle starts?
Also, I noticed that you have two addons installed - http://grab.by/sjKc may I ask what these are?
Can you try disabling them to see if that fixes the issue?

the two add-ons are AntVenom YoutubeTM Channel and Upsidedown Text. I'll try :)

Sorry :-( I've been sick lately and haven't been able to get to all threads. Can you go here - http://www.wikihow.com/Allow-Pop-ups-on-Google-Chrome and double check to see if you have popups enabled?
You should be seeing a white box before a tactic starts. Since you're not seeing it, this is most likely what is causing your TT to be broken.
i had popups allowed for chesskid and chess.com on my popups list already (it said i had put those in as allowed sometime in the past)

This problem started for me today after my Explorer 11 broser was updated.

Whenever I try to go to TT it just has a blank board and in the top right where the options are it says "waiting for computer move". Is this common or is it my comp? It's worked before so I know I have the right plugins or whatever it needs.
