I have to agree with the complainer in that thread. Posting ones own score generates distracting alerts to people who simply want to discuss the chess problem. No one wants an alert because someone solved the puzzle. And I surely don't want to pay special attention to some noisy little kid who's jumping up and down and saying, "Hey, look at me!"
