It's a bug and only staff can resolve the issue.
I am having the same issue on blitz highest elo on my profile page. Is not updating. Still showing 1025 (Apr 19, 2024) but on October 17 I beat my record to 1052. And is till not updating on my profile page but if I go to my blitz stats it shows the correct 1052.

All bugs get prioritized with other bugs, updates, and project work. Lower priority work may take a while before getting fixed. Sometimes there's a related project that the bug gets folded into and won't see an update until that project is worked on

You have only played one game in the last 90 days. You won't have any ranking or show in leaderboards until you have at least 20 in the previous 90 days.
Hey, I don't know if I'm the only one who doesn't update the highest score in the profile, in any of the game modes I have a higher score than the one that appears as “Highest” in the profile, when I put “View full stats” if my elo peak appears correctly in that mode but not in the profile.
