Hope someone here can maybe help me. All my emails to chess.com support have gone unattended.
I signed up here, the login works.
On the iPhone app -- which I have uninstalled and installed again -- even when I sign up with my user ID the tactics etc don't work. I still see a message saying that I have seen enough tactics per day.
I paid for my subscription. Two options:
1. Fix this so my iphone app works.
2. Get a refund from chess.com.
Any thoughts/pointers?
