How long since you've cleared your browser cache? And if it's already clean as a whistle my apologies for asking, but it's always the first thing to try when things go south.

We're sorry you're having difficulties with Live Chess. Here are a couple of tricks that solve people's problems in many cases:
- Do a hard refresh. On a PC you can do this by pressing Ctrl + F5. On a Mac, use Command + R.
- If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache. (The method for doing this depends on your browser.) After that, refresh as described above.
If you are still having issues with Live chess, please contact Support. We'll be better able to help if you give us all the details about what you're experiencing.

I find the interface unreliable. Pieces won't move or are very sluggish. Feeling is not stable. All other chess sites work fine (chess 24, ICC, playchess). I have the latest chrome and wifi is 70mbps.
It's the reason I didn't go premium. Anybody else?

I just tried a game after clearing cache, downloading chrome again and a restart. Once again lost on time because pieces froze. Bye bye chess.com.

During any game chrome is blocking chess.com because is trying to load scripts

Chrome is what i use. If the interface were better I would buy premium. But it's not.
