If this is in reference to your first post, the site won't give any information out on a closed account, except to the account holder.

If you mean something else, and it's been more than a week, open a new ticket.

My other account @ethansun5 got banned for cheating even though I didn't do anything. I tried to contact chess.com staff and support but I haven't got anything...

They don't close accounts for no reason. Give them time to reply to your ticket. It could take a day or two

I think Think they thought I played to well and I really want to unban my account before my parents scold me for "cheating"

Who is the person handling or investigating complaint to other player who commited  or cheated me,and this is  the story he was abandoned the game n run out of time he should automatically lost the game but it came out the vise versa I lost the game lost my points insted of gaining ,who is the authorized to look @ this matter,and this is his member no. [removed -- MS] of the chess.com 

I didn!t play any game since the other day I was cheated bec.I was devastated and angry bec. this cheater has no respect no manners at all.pls make an answer for this so I continue to play the hubbie that I love and thank you to you who ever you are person that has power to make this happen and I look forward to see your judesment for this issues & again thank you Chess.com
