For a considerable lapse of time, I have waded in the muck of the tyro's Chessic Slough of Despond—that is, not knowing how to play Chess and constantly losing. But, with the progression of time, I have made such progress that the once insubstantial and exalted title of Grand Master now seems but a few steps away. Despite my progress, however, there is one area in which my play leaves somewhat to be desired:— my opening is suspicious. It is not that I have not a concrete set of openings that I always play; I have. It is not that I have not a proper understanding of the openings I play; I understand my openings and almost all the other openings besides. It is not that I have not opening books aplenty ; I have. Nay, I am not lacking in any of these: I am lacking in games played by top players in my openings.
I have searched and searched for a proper source, but have not found one. It is for this reason that I am asking you if you know of a website that can print games or put them in PDF. Or, if not, If you know how to use Rybka 4's opening database: this database is a great problem for me: I can make neither head nor tails of it.
Dear Chess.com Community,
For a considerable lapse of time, I have waded in the muck of the tyro's Chessic Slough of Despond—that is, not knowing how to play Chess and constantly losing.
Thank You
