You have to trust your admins. As far as I know, only SAs can disable a team, though a normal admin could remove most of the members.

It seems the team admin could remove or ban the team members and disable the team , it is terrible !! any admin could kill the team in 5 minutes, or remove lots of team members.
(one of my team lost 300+ members suddenly !!!)
is it possible only super admin could disable the team, and only super admin could remove or ban the members?
