There will never be a response from the support team. I wrote to him via my new email and assured him that this is definitely my account. He asked me for a screenshot. I had asked him to transfer ownership of the club to me, because the owner has now been inactive for more than a year! He told me like this:

I set up this forum right away and had full confidence that my friends would really support me

https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/vote-for-me-club-members

I waited for him to respond for more than two weeks, and the deadline had almost expired, then I wrote to him again but ...Should I wait or will I contact the support team again?

I would like a response please

He said you can start a vote after the 14 days. If you have already been elected as the new owner than make a new request through ''Ask a question''. They rarely reply through email or chess.com messages.

This did not happen with me in the past. It only took 3 days. It was only once that I contacted the support team.

Policy can change. The vote requirement has to be met now

Where are the new requirements?

I have already created a forum to collect votes and the members elected me, what is the changing policy that we know nothing about

True, you should at least inform the members when the requirements change

Sorry. did not obtain ownership of the club, so I filed a complaint. Perhaps this picture was previously. I contacted the support team before and congratulated me on the transfer of ownership.
