This needs to end

I was never mean to you, you just took my "mean" words to heart when I was speaking the truth in that one club. It happens, the truth can hurt sometimes. I don't mean to purposely be mean to you, I just say things out of anger/pain and most of the time that happens you are there saying some dumb things. Besides that this forum post has nothing to do with that, I was putting out a criminal on chess.com and telling the community to avoid him and seeking for help by staff. That's all this forum is made for. What does this have to do with being mean to you?

So I've been a target of somebody on chess.com for over 2 months now. He has been after me being racist, sexist, and convincing others to report, send me self harm messages. He has had over 100 accounts to harass people and I've been working with support to get him banned every single time and even his clubs disabled. He even gets people to blame me for their closures when I have nothing to do with anybody else except for him. Recently he made a new account impersonating me and trying to make me seem like a bad person and was wondering if there is a way to get him off the site for good as he is already IP banned he still makes new accounts some how and gets on chess.com most likely using a VPN but he is ruining the experience for me very heavily as I try to be on this site to help people but their won't be anybody to help if he gets everybody to hate me. He has also threatened to get me closed which I know will only happen if I break a cc guideline which I have not done. I am not giving out any username unless asked for one and I hope their is a way to stop this for good.
