Tiefe Einblicke. Matt -Statistik wird nicht mehr fortgeführt

Seit etwa 1 Woche gehen meine durch Schachmatt gewonnen Spiele nicht mehr in die Statistik Matt in 1,2,3,4,5 Zügen ein. Der Chess.com Support schreibt mir, er hätte mich neu synchronisiert. Cookies und Cache Ordner habe ich geleert. Aber Lösung des Problems ist nicht erfolgt. Support meldet sich nach meiner erneuten Rückfrage nicht zurück.

Sind die ganzen übrigen Statistiken, die ich jetzt nicht geprüft habe auch nichts wert?

Ist das wieder mal ein Rechnerproblem bei Chess.com, das man nicht zugeben möchte?

Well if I understand you, you are upset that your mate statistics are not showing up in the Insights.

It is probably a bug.

You should report the bug using the Bug Report Tool on the Help menu for the website.

Thank you for your comment. It's for sure a bug. But my point is, that chess.com does not solve the problem, although I've sent them more than one mail. I would like to know, if others have the same problem.

Staff have to verify if there is a bug. If they recreated, the assign to the correct group and it gets prioritized. All work including bugs, planned changes, and new code get worked based on priority

That said, I just looked at your last 7 days of Insights and see mates showing.

You are right, there are a few mates showing. But the strange thing is, there are roundabout 1o mates missing.

I see that found mates fo appear to be missing.

Chess.com has changed my checkmate statistics. Now I have zero found checkmates in 1, 2,3,4,5. in a period of more than one year. This support is unable to solve an easy problem. Chess.com shows in their statistics a lot of colourful pictures, that are seemingly worth nothing.

Staff tried to regenerate your Insights and it appears there may be a bug and they're looking into it.

Ich habe nun das Update der Checkmate Statistik erhalten. Die gefundenen checkmates in den letzten ungefähr 10 Tagen sind nun in der Statistik erhalten.

ABER: Die Zahl der gefundenen checkmates in 1 move war vor dem Trouble 261, nun ist sie 257, obwohl einige gefundene checkmates dazugekommen sind. Das bedeutet,nach dem Update ist die Zahl der gefundenen checkmates in 1 move geringer als vorher! Welche Checkmates entfernt wurden und warum, kann ich natürlich nicht nachvollziehen. Ob sich die Zahlen in den checkmates in 2,3,4,5 moves verändert haben, I don't know.

Mein Vertrauen in die Statistik hat sich dadurch leider nicht verbessert. Mir würde helfen, wenn ich den Grund für das Problem verstehen würde.

Dass es ein bug war, ist klar. Nur was hat dieser bug genau bewirkt?

It wasn't stated what the problem was just that there were some changes made to get things showing correctly.

"Some things" were changed to get things "correctly".

When I now have less checkmates in 1 than before the last won games were included AND I don't get informed what the problem was , how can I now know that the statistics is correct?

OK, all this is not so important. But chess.com boasts with his colourful and comprehensive statistics, but when you dive deeper in it, you get no answer
