Time

Hello, I made a thread about this before and can't find it anymore. But now it's officially shady so I have to make a new one. I don't know what is wrong but the clock is totally suspicious. If I make a move I lose sometimes 3 seconds or more after the piece is moved. So after my move, like a penalty. This happens even if my move is nearly a premove, because I'm already on the square I want to move the piece to. Okay, sounds like I'm having lags, high ping or connection issues and I can see that point, BUT this doesn't happen to my opponents. No, I checked it a few times and they get more time??? I see the time running down, 5,10 or 15 seconds and after the piece moved, they get like 3 or 5 seconds back... Sounds like Ping again, right? But I have a very very good internet connection, it happens on every device I'm using and it doesn't happen on every other side. I played on Lichess and other sides before, I know, shame on me and switched to chess.com. But this makes it unplayable right now. I play against an opponent, 3 minutes and he moves like 10 times without loosing 3 seconds and without premoving, while I loose like 15 with premoves or fast moves. So who can help me? Thats a huge problem, if I play Blitz or Bullet.
