Time Frozen in Daily Match

One of my opponents goes on "vacation" mode from time to time; I understand that. But I have two matches going right now and both of them have frozen at 5 minutes. I don't see the II mark I saw with the fellow who went on "vacation". Could it still be vacation mode or are the matches frozen?

Automatically claim victory when time runs out! under Settings > Daily Chess is probably turned off.
The time hasn't moved from 5 min. and I don't see that option in my settings. Maybe it is because I am not a diamond member?
I am not interested in claiming a win; I would rather finish the match. The one game has been at 5 minute for over 24 hours.
The game on vacation had a II symbol. These two games have a little clock next to the 5 mins. What does that mean?

That feature isn't just for premium. But if that option is off, it will sit like that until your opponent moves or 60 days have passed.

The clock just means they a close to timing out.
You are right. I went to my computer and changed the setting. Thanks for responding to my question.
Does anybody know how to fix the problem when all of your games are on vacation. It has been like that with me for over a week now, and I cannot play any of my game. Has anybody out there had that problem too????

Just make a move in any game, though you should start with the one with the least amount of time or you'll be put back on vacation quickly. That should be all you need to do.
If that doesn't work for some reason, go to Settings > Daily Chess and toggle On Vacation to Off if you are on the app or PAUSE MY GAMES! I need to go on vacation to Off if you are on the website.
