I was playing Mojito and Had him beat, but it seem like when he made his move my time started running but I could not yet move my piece. It did not start until he lost a major piece. Can you see the possiblity that if a person holds the mouse botton to long it might keep the other player from moving.This only happens when a person starts to loose but have more time or is the system at fault. PLEASE ANSWER!

The other player had a decisive advantage in that game. He was re-capturing your rook next move and had two connected and protected passed pawns.
This must be an issue with your connection.

I didn't look at your game, I did watch the TV chess and saw how the premove is used, this would explain some of the time as far as moving extremly fast in the last few seconds of a game, Hope this helps. I think premove is ok if the other player knows your using it, I don't. But I'm sure this will be disagreed with lol. Have fun anyway.
