Time lapse/ disconnection issues

Hi, I’ve been wanting to join to remove the adds but recently during games and tournaments. The site stalls or disconnects me from the game. When I realise and log back in my time usually drops from 3 to 1 minute etc. Hence usually losing the game on time...I was going to sign up to see if this helps but looking at the forum is seems to be a widespread issue that hasn’t got a fix? Otherwise this is probably the best chess platform I’ve used...but the fun part is the games and tournaments.

There are a number of factors that can impact connectivity to the site. They range from within your control, to within the site's control, to outside anyone's control.
